Refunds & Returns

Centauri Perfumes will accept requests for returns or exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Any request that is made more than 14 calendar days past the delivery date may not be accepted. 

Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used may be returned for a refund or exchange. 

If the item is damaged on delivery, please let us know as soon as possible, providing a photograph and we will do our best to resolve it. 

We suggest using a tracked service to make sure it gets here safely.
